This Privacy Policy describes how Zuspresso (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Zus COFFEE Pakistan (Gateway Consultancy Pakistan) (collectively, “ZUS COFFEE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, record, hold, store, use, process and/or disclose (“Process”) your Personal Information through the use of our website (“zuscoffee.pk”), online stores (“Online Stores”) and our mobile applications (“App”).
1. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We collect the personal information you give us including but not limited to your name, address, email address, telephone number including your contact list in your mobile device when you give us permission on your device, nationality, date of birth, age, gender, marital status, education level, identification number, banking details, debit cards details and credit card details (“Personal Information”) when you browse, access and/or use our Website and or our App and/or browse, access and/or make purchases on our Online Stores. Your Personal Information may also be collected through the use of our Website, Online Stores and or App, which includes but not limited to your internet protocol (IP) address, web terms or searches that led you to our Website and Online Stores, location information, time stamps, feedbacks, reviews, ratings, transaction information or other personal data that may be captured when you interact with us through our live chat feature.
2. WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may communicate with you about our store(s), existing and new products, updates, information, promotions, and marketing materials and any other relevant purposes that you may be notified by us from time to time. By providing us with your Personal Information, you also consent to receiving communication through various means including but not limited to email / notification / call / text / short messaging service / chat application. If you elect to make your date of birth (without year) public instead of hiding it as private, then we may notify the people on your mobile device’s contact list on the date of your birth that it is your birthday (without identifying the exact age).
We may also Process the Personal Information that you have provided to us, or that have been provided to or collected by us, for various other purposes, including but not limited to:
(a) fulfill your purchase orders;
(b) manage your ZUS COFFEE Club membership, including recording the total ZUS Points collected and any eligible rewards;
(c) administer, run or otherwise manage any contest or promotions that you have entered into, including the contact and communicate with you in relation to such contest or promotions;
(d) process and respond to any of your request for information from us;
(e) improve our products, Website, Online Stores and App;
(f) to produce data, reports and statistics which have been anonymized or complied in a manner that does not identify you as a specific individual;
(g) to market and promote other products and services that are or may be offered by us or our partners from time to time;
(h) create database record of information about you in order to understand and assess your interests, wants and needs;
(i) for other legitimate business purposes, including fraud detection and prevention purposes, maintenance of business records and compliance with our legal obligations and/or any other purposes as we may reasonably determine from time to time to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
3. HOW DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may disclose your Personal Information to government agencies, regulatory or statutory bodies, law enforcement authorities or court officers if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Use. Additionally, we may also share your Personal Information with various third parties which includes but is not limited to our subsidiaries, associated companies, jointly controlled entities, affiliates service provides and or business partners. When you have consented to make your date of birth (without year) public, we may then notify the people on your mobile device’s contact list on your date of birth that it is your birthday (without specifying your age ). Your friends may wish or greet you or purchase a ZUS Gift Card for you.
In general, the third-party providers or vendors used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers or vendors, such as e-commerce platforms, payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, may have their own privacy policies in respect to the information that we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. After you have chosen to withdraw your consent, we will cease to Process your Personal Information, unless such Processing is to the extent required or otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Where we process your information for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such Processing. In particular, you may opt out from receiving marketing or promotional material at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ option provided in our emails. If you object to Processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer Process your Personal Information for such purposes.
You may hide and make your date of birth (without year) private at any time through the Profile setting in the App. Please see steps below:

Step 3: Tap edit profile
Step 4: Select “Who can see your birthday”
Step 5: Choose “Private”
8. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify, update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Modification, updates and or amendments will take effect immediately upon the same being posted on our Website, Online Stores and or App. Your continued use of our Website, Online Stores and or App shall constitute your consent to, and agreement to be bound by, such amendments.
